Return & Refund Policy

(Compliant with DTI Philippines Consumer Act – RA 7394)

We value your satisfaction and follow DTI guidelines on returns, replacements, and refunds.

1.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged
  • spoiled
  • incorrect
  • has a manufacturing defect

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with DTI rules.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Provide: 

  • photo or video of the issue
  • proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or chat record)

2. No Return, No Exchange Policies Are Not Allowed

We do not implement “No Return, No Exchange” or “No Video, No Refund” policies, as these are prohibited by DTI.

3. Change of Mind

Returns or refunds are not allowed for change of mind or customer preference, especially for food products, unless otherwise approved by management.

4. Conditions for Valid Returns

A return/refund request may be declined if:

  • the product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • the item has no defect
  • the customer cannot provide any proof of purchase
